I was sent a copy of this book for review. All opinions are 100 percent mine, and I was no financially compensated in any way.

Are you looking for something a bit different to kick off the new year? Well, look no furhter than this great new Christian-themed coloring book called Color In His Image. Relax, be at peace, be with God… and connect with your deeper, Christ-centered creativity. Developed by children’s book author Matthew Olson, Color in His Image, is a Christian-inspired adult coloring book with forty-two beautiful images. With many inspired by stained glass from around the world, you’ll be able to create genuine works of art while communing with your Christianity. Designs range from simple to intricate to provide you with a wide array of options based on your mood and available time, and each is accompanied by an inspirational passage from Biblical scripture. One design per page spread means that the reverse side is blank, alleviating any potential color ghosting or bleed-through, meaning that you can use your favorite pens or pencils, while also learning scripture.

Recently, my daughter had the opportunity to try out this book. She is thirteen, and much more creative than I. And since we are a conservate Christian family, I knew I didn’t have to worry about any of the images she would see and/or color. She absolutely adored the intricate designs, and here is an example of what she did.

I was pleased with the quality of the paper, the designs, and the wide variety of options. I adore the fact that a Bible verse accompanies each design. For adults and teenagers–possible even preteens–this is an ideal coloring book, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
