I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.

The Deiss Peeler, introducing more fruits and vegetables into your diet is easy. Make your meals more than just a daily ritual, but a genuine source of energy and vitamins for your family.

julienne 3Finally… A Universal Tool That Makes Everyday Cooking Easy!

The Deiss Dual Julienne & Vegetable peeler allows you to peel, julienne, slice and shred vegetables of any shape and size. It’s not four different tools – just a single peeler that makes cooking fun. Hide your food processors in a drawer! The Deiss peeler is much handier.

julienneI was privileged to be able to use this over the holidays. I will admit I was a bit a skeptical at first. I didn’t really think I needed anything like this, but I was making a carrot dish, and it seemed like the right time to give it a try.

I have never used this is a vegetable peeler, but as a julienne tool, it was amazing! I was pleased to see it work with ease and give me just the right kind of strips I needed.  I had no trouble using this tool, and I am certain it would work just as easily as a vegetable peeler.
