Giveaway Winner Updates and More

I don’t usually do a post like this, but I feel it is time. If any of you have been watching my poor blog and social media accounts over the past couple months, you may have noticed some changes. First and foremost, This Day in History took a break but will be returning in the new year. I miss it, but I needed a break. And I needed to rethink it or I would get bored with it.

Of course, the giveaways have been crazy. I had some issues with winners not responding, so there are some giveaways that were never claimed. They were small, and I apologize for no winner being posted. That has not ever been an issue but it is now. I may need to implement some kind of rule concerning responding in a timely fashion. We will see.

As to winners that have not been selected, I apologize. If you weren’t aware of the fact, I was the victim of multiple cyber bully attacks back in October (read about it here).   What you may not know is that after I posted that, the attacks continued. October was nothing but putting out fires.   And in some ways, I have now learned what it’s like to be hounded by twitter “friends.” My friendship with Sebastian Spence has changed my life in more ways than just writing reviews on here. I am selecting winners for the giveaways, so keep a look out.

As a final note, the first of the year, you are going to hear me talking about becoming a published author.  Yes, I have been inspired to take that risk and pursue this almost lifelong dream of mine. So stay tuned. Things are becoming more manageable on twitter.  And if you want to contact me, that is where I will be most days. Look me up, and send me a nice tweet.  I’ll always be happy to respond.
