babyganicsA new school year is just beginning, and the kids are heading back to schoolthe perfect place to catch those dreaded illnesses that can leave the whole family home in bed.  The cold and flu season will be here before we know it, and with cooler temperatures coming for the fall, we can count on kids getting exposed to nasty germs.  For most parents, this is a cause for concern as Swine and Avian flu have been running rampant the last few years almost reaching pandemic status in this country. Luckily, there are some basic precautions that we should all be taking to help prevent this dreaded virus from afflicting ourselves, our families and most importantly our children this year. The National Center for Health Statistics   estimates that 22 million school days are lost annually just because of colds alone;
One of the easiest ways to prevent getting sick is to keep your hands clean and germ-free. Constant washing and use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is not only a hassle, but it can also unnecessarily dry out your hands. BabyGanics ‘The Germinator’ Alcohol Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer effectively kills 99.9% of germs without the harsh side effects of alcohol and other synthetic chemicals. It instead utilizes benzalkonium chloride, a naturally safe and effective substance which makes The Germinator not only fast acting, but allows for use without water or towels, its non-flammable, will not stain your clothing, and definitely won’t dry out your skin. In fact, this non-toxic formula actually moisturizes as it cleans and is of course the best choice for even the tiniest fingers and hands. BabyGanics ‘The Germinator’ Alcohol Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer is available in a fresh tangerine scent as well as a fragrance free variety and retails for $6.99 (250ml). This product can be purchased online at www.babyganics.com and at various retailers as listed on their site.
I was privileged to be able to try out this great product, and it is amazing.  It does just what it says.  We don’t have any babies in the household (don’t let the brand name fool you–it’s not just for babies).  We used this for some time, and I can’t tell you how nice it was to use a sanitizer without alcohol.  Healthcare professionals caution against overusing the alcohol-based sanitizer because some germs are becoming resistant to those products.  Using natural products not only keeps your hands from getting dried out, but it also ensures that you are not helping to create “super bugs.”  My entire family was able to use this, and we were quite pleased.  I highly recommend it for home and school use!
Be sure to pick out the company’s entire line of safe and natural products as well as follow them via social media.
I was sent free products from the company in exchange for my honest review.  I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

    my hands are terribly dry, so the hand sanitizers w/ alcohol aren’t for me, but i will definitely give this one a try…and i have 3 grandchildren who can use it as well.
