I like vanilla ice cream and I could use the vanilla beans in a recipe for vanilla bean ice cream. It would taste so good made fresh.

My favorite ice cream is chocolate or vanilla ice cream. We could use their vanilla extract in the ice cream base and I think it would be excellent.
