If you have beginning readers in your house, this is the ideal book for them. It features a dog, cute illustrations, and repeated phrases that are perfect for teaching reading. Honestly, I found myself caught up in the story, so it must be pretty doggone excellent!

Although Sharon Stanley has been writing for years, it was only after her youngest son graduated high school that she got serious about it.

She joined the SCBWI and began to write with an eye to publish children’s picture books. S
