Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

So, have you ever heard of Emu Oil?  I have, but I honestly didn’t know about its versatility.  I thought it was arthritis!  Well, I am here to share with you an amazing product that contains nothing but emu oil, so read on.

Emu oil can help to restore skin elasticity which can help with a variety of conditions including stretch marks, acne and wrinkles. Its anti-inflammatory, hypoallergenic, non-pore irritating properties make pure emu oil a great moisturizer for the skin. It is safe, gentle and won’t irritate the skin or clog pores.

Another great application of emu oil is for hair and scalp health. The fatty acids that are in the product are the key to helping in this area.  Emu oil’s natural deep moisturizing properties and the added botanical oils like rosemary oil can even help promote hair growth. This combination of emu oil with pure essential oils also leave hair soft, shiny, silky and full of body.

Since I wanted to truly review this product, I decided to try this product on my skin and my hair.  I loved the feel of it on my skin, and there was no doubt about it that it made my skin feel much softer and more moisturized.  I never experienced any side effects, and I plan to continue using it on my face and neck.

I also used this product on my hair.  I am currently reviewing another product that does not condition my hair.  I decided to use this product as a leave-in conditioner, and i couldn’t be happier.  I would caution you–a little does go a long way.  This can cause your hair to look quite oily.  I experimented with the right amount, and I think I decided I actually prefer using this on my hair instead of a traditional conditioner.

I actually planned to write this review earlier, but I actually found a new use for this last night. I wondered how well the emu oil would work on my dry, cracked heels.  So I rubbed a little bit on last night, and by this morning, my heels already looked better!  And tonight, they even seem more moisturized!  I think I may have found a product to help the cracked skin on my feet!
