What Inspired Me to Write My Book

So many are continuing to live, believing the lies of the enemy. So many have been acquainted with the idea of Jesus but have never really experienced Him and all that He is. Although stating that they are Christians, many are still in bondage, living their lives in captivity, feeling depressed and oppressed, never experiencing the benefits of actually being healed and set free.  They have yet to be delivered from fear, shame.  The guilt from their past and even their own rebellion.  Additionally, so many are confused, believing what the world says they are. As a result many fail to answer the voice of their Creator. Jesus is waiting. He is knocking. He hasn’t forgotten about us regardless of how far we may have strayed and shunned His love because His love is unending and long suffering. He is an EVER present in the times of our greatest challenge. So many hearts have been broken and even hardened as a result of the enemy’s lies. It’s time for the eyes and hearts of the hurt and confused to be opened so that they can truly experience the freedom, love and power that being a true and unapologetic follower of Christ affords. God promises in his word that He could turn hearts of stone into flesh. He is also called the many-breasted one, meaning that all can go to Him to be embraced and made to feel safe and secure like a child in the bosom of his or her mother.  They are washed with the love as they are forgiven and restored.  We need to pray, act and believe that the eyes and hearts of the hurt and confused to be opened so that people can truly experience the freedom and power that being a true and unapologetic follower of Christ affords.
