We redid our living room last summer and are currently working on remodeling our main bathroom, so part of what I wanted to do to make our home closer to my “dream home” is already being done. Next up I want to redo my laundry room, since it’s unfinished and I avoid spending any more time there than needed. Once it’s got nice walls, cabinets, etc., i won’t mind spending time there. I want to set up a corner in it for my sewing machines, too.

I would love to have a deck built onto the back of our house. One where we could have about 6 to 8 people over for a BBQ on it. Facing the lake, that would be an absolutely lovely idea, especially with a good amount of lighting. While we are at it, I would love to have an extra window put into the back side of our house.

I would love a new kitchen but I will start with a new counter top and flooring. Then I would go into the master bath and have a new shower and paint.
