12 Days of Christmas Swap Reveal

I am so pleased to post my “thank-you” link on this wonderful 12 Days of Christmas Holiday Swap.

My wonderful partner was Linae Pickard of LinaesDays,  I was so excited from the beginning because we had a lot in common, and she only lives in the next state over.   She is from Idaho, and I am from Washington state.   And she added in a few extra gifts for my daughter.

I want to apologize because I took pictures of many of the gifts I received, but my daughter often took the items before I had a chance to snap a picture.  And things got really busy during this time of year, but I will display the wonderful pictures I have.  Next year, I plan to do what I saw another blogger do–post a picture each day and not wait.  It just seems too difficult to do this so far after the fact.  I think I would have felt more compelled to get pictures if I were posting daily.  But by the time I thought of this, the swap was almost over.

Christmas Swap

My daughter “stole” the nail polish, but I now carry this file with me all the time.

Christmas swap 2

The best tea ever, and the cutest little snowman on which to put my tea bags!

Christmas Swap 3

Isn’t he cute?

Christmas swap 4

And I just finished the last of these yummy chocolates today! All dark chocolate base.

Christmas swap 5

I love this lotion–it has become my preferred lotion.

I also received a wonderful devotional book for women–I am using it currently.  I was given a pocket planner for my purse–I might actually use it! And the loveliest bookmark.  I loved these Christian items.  My daughter received some kind of candy–I don’t even remember what it was.  It was gone before I even saw it.  She “stole” the scarf I was sent.  It is a gorgeous scarf, and maybe one day she will let me wear it!  I know she got some kind of notepad–Hello Kitty, I think.  I honestly don’t know what else she got because she has a habit of taking whatever she can get, and it may never be seen again!!  (Honestly, she’s not that bad.  I think she should participate in her own next year so I won’t have to “share” what I got.)

The best part about this was getting to know Linae.  We plan to keep in contact, and I am so grateful I got to be a part of this.  It looks like everyone got great stuff, and I’m going to go sign up for the next swap now!

Yes, definitely get your daughter signing up, too- the more, the merrier! (we promise not to partner you two! Heeheee….)
