Do you ever struggle to get leafy green vegetables into your diet.  I know  I do.  I always have the best intentions, but sometimes they are hard to come by.  I would like to tell you about a product called Wheat Grass Powder.  It is produced by PINES The Wheat Grass People, and you can find out more about them here.

wheatgrass 2I will admit that when the product came, I was almost dreading it. It didn’t look or smell that good, and I couldn’t imagine putting it in water or juice and drinking it.  I had to come with another way to give it a try.  The label says that a serving size is one rounded teaspoon, and two to three servings are recommended per day.

Well, I got creative.  I decided to put a teaspoon of it in my oatmeal.  I figured that the flavor wouldn’t be too bad.  I will admit that the green color  appeared somewhat unappetizing,  but I accomplished my purpose.  The flavor was fine.  I could never drink this in clear water.   It would probably work fine in a smoothie or any kind of tasty lunch or dinner sauce.  The oatmeal tasted good, and I felt good knowing that I was putting something healthy into my system.

I would invite you to check the company out at the link above and follow them on social media for the latest deals and news.  They do have other products besides this one that you might consider purchasing such as wheat grass juice and tablets.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
