Weight loss is something that will probably be on my mind for the rest of my life. I have been able to keep off the 50 or so pounds I lost several years ago, but it doesn’t mean that I get to go back into the old habits. On the contrary–I still have some pounds left to lose. First of all, this is an extremely easy pill to swallow. It is a veggie caplet, and all you need to do is take a pill twice a day about 30 minutes before a meal.
