If you’re like me, you will sometimes find yourself running low on energy during some point during the day.  I can almost pinpoint when I will get tired on a normal day–somewhere around 1-2 P.M.  My normal routine at that point is to chew gum, eat something, or have a cup of coffee.  I don’t generally try energy drinks as they don’t really work, but I am always willing to try something different.

I was pleased to receive three boxes of Energems Energy Bites for review.  I love chocolate, and I am always looking for something that is relatively low in calories.  I still struggle with my weight if I am not careful.

energemsFirst of all, you may wish to know the facts about this product, so here they are:

  • Made with real milk chocolate
  • Contains caffeine, B-vitamins and a unique energy blend
  • Only 15 calories each
  • Enhances energy, focus and concentration
  • 1 serving (3 gems) = 1 energy drink
  • 3 servings (9 gems) per box
  • Available in 3 flavors: Chocolate Charge, Mint Fusion & Peanut Butter Blast
  • Energems are classified as a dietary supplement

I got to try each flavor, and I am not sure which flavor I like best.  They taste good, and I like the fact that a serving is three gems.  I often forget that these are energy bites because they taste so good!  They seem to work just as well as a coffee would, and they are so much more convenient.  They are portable, and they don’t melt easily.  They might be more of a problem in the summer, but I had not problem with them.

I was pleased to discover I could buy these online, and they are also available at many places near me.  I believe I will have to buy some of these for myself.  I highly recommend these.  I had no ill effects, and I would choose them any day over coffee or energy drinks.  Be sure to follow them on facebook and twitter for the latest news and deals.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
