I come from a family where memory loss is a great concern. My great-grandfather had some memory issues towards the end of his life that even I remember. These supplements were easy to swallow, and all that is required is two each day. I had no problem taking these in the morning. The package was also easy to open–I can’t stand packages that require scissors to open. These were packaged well, and yet I could open them!
I’m sure you’re wondering how these worked for me. Please let me be honest–I don’t know. I only took these for about a month, and I have never experienced any true memory loss. I realize I am getting older, and I know that the chances of having memory loss are probably higher than normal due to my family history.
