Kay's NaturalsI am always ready to try out food, and I was quite pleased to review Kay’s Naturals Gluten-Free products, and all they asked was that I give my honest review.

I was sent the package that is pictured above from Kay’s Naturals, and all products are gluten-free and high in protein.

3x 1.2Oz Kay’s Naturals High Protein Pretzel Sticks:
1.2Oz Original Flavor Pretzels
1.2Oz Jalapeño Honey Mustard Pretzels
1.2 Oz Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
3x 6oz Kay’s Naturals High Protein Pretzel Breading:
Chili Nacho Flavor
Sesame Pretzel Flavor
Parmesan Flavor

No one in our family has food allergies nor gluten sensitivities.  However, I have found that gluten-free products almost always taste as good as (if not better than) their regular counterparts.  And Kay’s Naturals lives up to that promise.  I ate all the pretzels, and there was only one of them that seemed rather bland–the original. The cinnamon-flavored ones made me feel like I was having dessert, and the jalapeño ones were my absolute favorites!  But I will say that all the pretzels filled me up quite well.  The high protein is always such a nice treat.

As for the pretzel breading, I have only tried one–the Parmesan. We don’t do a lot of breading of products in this household, but I loved the Parmesan one.  I have kept the others for the next time I need breading because the flavor tastes good and works well.

So if you are looking for gluten-free, high protein, or just good quality foods, check out Kay’s Naturals.  Be sure to follow them on Facebook and Twitter as well for the latest news and deals.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
