For this week, I am late due to the holiday and school starting.  But let me inspire you with something that happened yesterday.
There is nothing like working with people.  It can be a great experience, but as we know, it can be extremely aggravating.  And yesterday morning, I was greeted with a really offensive e-mail from someone with whom I have been working.  I was accused of something I never did.  The person didn’t know the situation, and all sorts of statements were made that really upset me.  And if I had truly been “in the flesh” instead of “in the Spirit,” I would have raked this person over the coals.  There were things I could have said that happened two years ago.
But I let God be in control, and when I received my vindication, I was so excited!  I had handled the situation as God would have had me handle it.  I did mention to my mom that I get so tired of being the one who has to be the “bigger person,” but she reminded me that was what God would have me do.  And now everything is just so nice and good between this person and me.  It is as if nothing ever happened!  So typical.  But at least I can go on with my life.
Now it’s time for our featured linker of the week. I really love that people come over here and link up each week with us, and as a little thank you I like to feature one of the lovely linkers whose post really spoke to me. Would you like to be featured? All you need to do is to link up below – I pick out a different post to feature every week. This week I’d like to feature this post by Brittany at Sweet Country Roots. In it she talks about the joys (for her) of home schooling her children and the pleasure she has taken in that choice. It’s very interesting and heart felt writing. Definitely worth checking out.
