Bookoo.com Online Yard Sale & Classifieds Review

BookooThere is almost nothing I like better than going to yard sales, and my mom is the same way.  Up to this point, we have relied on signs, advertisements, and some of the more well-known sites for finding yard sales.  However, as you might know, those can be unreliable at best.  When I got the chance to try out a site with which I was not familiar that listed yard sales, I couldn’t have been happier.  I was only asked to post my honest review.

Bookoo.com is a premium online site for yard sales, classified listings, and more.  It is divided into different areas (it is not available in all areas yet, but they are growing fast). For example, I live near a couple big centers, and I chose Tacoma since that is probably the closest.  You have the choice of choosing where you wish to search listings, and you always are allowed to change.  You can sign up to be notified of new listings in that area if you like.  If there’s not a local chapter in your area, you can also petition for one.

I will be honest.  I don’t do a lot with the various classified listings because I have never enjoyed listing myself nor buying items that way online.  I probably should check it out more, but I wasn’t too interested in that service.  But I love the yard sale listings!  There is nothing better than going to the Tacoma Yard Sale listings, and searching through them!

Unfortunately, I have not been able to visit any yard sales that are listed as of yet.  Things have been crazy the past month or so, but I have signed up for updates (which I look forward to receiving).  One of the things I really like about the yard sale page is that it has an actual map to where the area is located.  This means that (conceivably) I should be able to find the area with relative ease, and I will hopefully not come upon an address that does not exist.  When we have our yard sale in the spring, I plan to use this service to help get the word out!

In the meantime, I would invite all of you to check them out.  And don’t forget to follow them on Facebook  for the latest news and deals! I also want to thank Bookoo for sending me a great t-shirt to advertise their site and remind me that it is available for my use!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
