All right, I am not a football fan, and I knew nothing about Brigham Young University except that it is an LDS university.  These recipes are from various people connected with football players from the university–mainly the mothers of players (who else?).  I did not actually try out the recipes, but they look easy and sound good.  There are no pictures of the completed recipes, but that generally means that the cookbook should be less expensive for you.  Most of the recipes sound good, and you can bet that books like these have time-tested recipes.  And the proceeds are going to support a great cause.
