As fall is coming upon us, soon the cold weather will return, and it will be time to think about hot drinks, warm blankets, and fireplaces. If it still looks like summer outside, you may not be ready to think about this time, but it will be here before we know it.
While I like coffee and hot chocolate, there are many nights when nothing sounds better than a cup of tea. I wasn’t always a tea drinker. My friend from England is the one who got me hooked. And I will tell you that I am discriminating about the tea I drink. Not all teas are created equal.
In 2005, a new tea company was born. The founder of Two Leaves Tea company looked high and low for good tea, and he found it in China, Sri Lanka, and Japan.
